Fast Delivery Service

On every order that we receive before 2pm on a working day will be processed on that same day to be either delivered the same day if it is within 5 miles of our warehouse in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Any orders that are outside of this zone will still be processed on the same day and despatched by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. This method of post will require someone to be in to sign before it can be released and you can track your item on their website. If the postman or postwoman misses you they most likely will leave a calling card through your letterbox and you will need to take it along to the address provided on the card to collect. An ID will be required so please make sure that you have it with you.


Even though we at FAME have no control over the posts, we will endeavour to assist you should you have any issues with receiving your item. International deliveries will also be despatched on the same day however the deliver will depend on the local postal service of the destination country.


Returns Policy

F.A.M.E Hair Extensions is happy to refund any purchase within 14 days of receipt if the colour is not suitable providing that the product is returned in the original packaging and in the same state as you received it. WE SHALL NOT ACCEPT A REFUND/EXCHANGE IF THE SECURITY LABEL IS TAMPERED WITH. Any attempt to remove the label will display a void on the label. Due to hygiene reasons the clip should NOT be attached to you or anyone’s head! 

For the benefit of other customers we have this policy in place someone else does not receive a set of hair extensions that has been contaminated by another person. We therefore adhere to these strict rules for hygiene reasons.

We do accept exchanges however you shall be responsible for paying the postal charges for send back and a fee to resend to you. We will not accept returns on products which have been worn. The returning items should be returned in an unopened condition and in the original packaging. 



Return of Worn Items

We are a small family run business and every item is sent out my myself so we check every item before it is packaged,  sealed and sent out, so we can easily detect items when returned look worn. On very rare occasions if there is a dispute we shall send off the returned item to a laboratory where chemicals are used on the clips to detect if it has been tried on someone’s head. If the results prove to be positive then the item shall be returned to the you and you shall incur the charges of us sending it back to you and the cost of the laboratory test.


Faulty Products

All our products are checked before we package them. During this process we check for 1. imperfection in the hair strands 2. any defects in the colour/s 3. the clips are all in working order and contain the amount specified in the description and 4. the quantity advertised is accurate. Si it is very rare that a customer complains about a faulty item unless the damage occurred during transit.



For this reason, we also reserve the right to withhold refunds until we have been able to verify that the product is unused. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 states that “consumers will lose their right to cancel if they unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons”. If any buyer removes seals that are in place for hygienic reasons against instructions to the contrary, the they are likely to be deemed to have ‘accepted’ the goods and would not be entitled to a refund or cancel the contract.  Refund Process

When a refund request comes through we shall email you a Customer Return Form. A member of our team may request further information and then send you the form to fill out. You will be required to fill out the form and return it with the package. This DOES NOT GUARANTEE A REFUND as we will have to assess it on receipt before a decision is made. We advice that all returns are sent by Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery if in the United Kingdom. A postal service that offers a signature on delivery or tracked service if you are outside of the UK. It is your responsibility as the customer to pay the return postage.

PLEASE NOTE: F.A.M.E Hair Extensions shall not accept responsibility for products that are not received by us. Always retain your proof of postal when returning.



We do not accept returns of samples as it it cut specifically for you when you order them!
